It's about breaking the rules, dismantling personal relationships, and driving friends crazy. There's a drive here that's unimaginable to most human beings- and it isn't romantic. The obsession often leaves a mess behind, but the one tackling and obliterating everything in his path never has time to look back. And we, as art enthusiasts, have benefited from these fragments left behind, and we've put them on our walls.

We hope this issue of Juxtapoz is another gift from David to these fans, and all the new collectors who have experienced David over the past 15 years.
